Pay when your order arrives
You can return or exchange any item within 30 days of receiving it. To be eligible, the item must be:
Unstitched, uncut and unwashed
Unused and in the same condition you received it
Returned with all pieces (shirt, dupatta, trouser and any embroidered patches or laces) and the original packaging
Fabric that has been cut, stitched, washed or altered cannot be returned, unless it arrived damaged or faulty.

Share your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason. If the item is damaged or not as described, include clear photos.

We will confirm your return and share the return instructions.
If your parcel arrives damaged, has a fault in the fabric or embroidery, or you received the wrong design, contact us as soon as possible with photos. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will let you know whether the refund is approved.
Cash on delivery orders: the refund is sent to the bank account or mobile wallet you provide.
Online payments: the refund goes back to your original payment method.
Prefer an exchange? You can choose another design of the same value instead of a refund.
We offer free delivery across Pakistan, with cash on delivery available on all orders.
